Carolyn Russ is a former teacher. She is a wife, mother, and grandmother with a passion to change lives.  Her formal education includes an associate degree from Stephens College and, a BS and MS in Education from the University of Kentucky where she also was a member of the Pi Beta Phi Sorority.

She began her love for nutrition as a La Leche League Leader. She served as the Administrative Coordinator of the Nicholas School for Special Need Children in Piqua for 20+ years having written their charter with ODE.

Shortly after being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2005, Carolyn learned about the power of fruits and vegetables.   She has a passion and a ministry for women who have experienced breast cancer and families that have special needs children. Her youngest child is 35 with a genetic condition known as Williams Syndrome - hence she has a mission for families with special needs children - especially those with Williams Syndrome  -  to change their stories by making a difference with improved nutrition resulting in improved outcomes for them and their families.

She is on a mission to help families achieve optimal health in all areas of their lives. Her Motto is Dream Big – All Things are Possible.

Carolyn is currently a Wellness Advocate with Vitality – Hunger for Health and a National Marketing Director with the Juice Plus Company.  She has more Energy, More Passion and More Purpose now than ever and wants others to have the same.

Her greatest desire it leave a legacy and enable others to change their family’s health legacy because our Health is Our Wealth.
