A former professional dancer and working actor, wife, mother, now Founder and Chief Confidence Builder at MCCoaching.life, Maritza attended New York University Tisch School of the Arts, studied Human Development at Eckerd College, and founded The Palm Coast Dance Academy. 

She is a Certified Life and Leadership Coach, Distinguished Toastmaster, Yoga and Meditation Teacher. In addition, she is a graduate of Peopletek’s Leadership Journey which she is happy to facilitate for executives and their teams. 

When she is not reading, writing, speaking to global audiences (in English/Spanish), or coaching clients she can be found enjoying the beach with her husband of three decades, her beloved adult children, and treasured friends.
